Agreement Between USER and TUHORN ENTERPRISES, LLP
 
 The AdsPayUCash Web Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the AdsPayUCash Web Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
Member Account, Password, and Security
You must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. This includes the specification of a password and an user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify TuHorn Enterprises, LLP immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. TuHorn Enterprises, LLP will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by TuHorn Enterprises, LLP or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.

Modification of These Terms of Use
TuHorn Enterprises, LLP reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the AdsPayUCash Services are offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the AdsPayUCash Services. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions and additional terms posted on particular websites. Your continued use of the AdsPayUCash Services constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

Personal and Non-Commercial Use Limitation
Unless otherwise specified, the AdsPayUCash Services are for your personal and non-commercial use. TuHorn Enterprises, LLP is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by TuHorn Enterprises, LLP of the site or any association with its operators. You are responsible for viewing and abiding by the privacy statements and terms of use posted at the Linked Sites.

Any dealings with third parties (including advertisers) included within the AdsPayUCash Site/Service or participation in promotions, including the delivery of and the payment for goods and services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings or promotions, are solely between you and the advertiser or other third party. TuHorn Enterprises, LLP shall not be responsible or liable for any part of any such dealings or promotions.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use
As a condition of your use of the AdsPayUCash Site/Service, you will not use the AdsPayUCash Site/Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the AdsPayUCash Site/Service in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any AdsPayUCash Site/Service (or the network(s) connected to any AdsPayUCash Site/Service) or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of any AdsPayUCash Site/Service. Software and Content Available Through the AdsPayUCash Site/Service
All content and software (if any) that is made available to view and/or download in connection with the AdsPayUCash Site/Services, excluding content and/or software that may be made available by end-users through a Communication Service, ("Software") is owned by and is the copyrighted work of TuHorn Enterprises, LLP Corporation and/or its suppliers and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Your use of the Software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included with the Software ("License Agreement"). You may not install or use any Software that is accompanied by or includes a License Agreement unless you first agree to the License Agreement terms.

For any Software not accompanied by a license agreement, TuHorn Enterprises, LLP Corporation hereby grants to you, the user, a revocable personal, non-transferable license to use the Software for viewing and otherwise using the particular AdsPayUCash Site/Service in accordance with these Terms of Use, and for no other purpose provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. Any reproduction or redistribution of the content and/or Software is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, COPYING OR REPRODUCTION OF THE CONTENT OR SOFTWARE TO ANY OTHER SERVER OR LOCATION FOR FURTHER REPRODUCTION OR REDISTRIBUTION IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED. You acknowledge that the Software, and any accompanying documentation and/or technical information, is subject to applicable export control laws and regulations of the USA. You agree not to export or re-export the Software, directly or indirectly, to any countries that are subject to USA export restrictions.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
The information, software, products, and services included in or available through the AdsPayUCash site/services may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically made to the AdsPayUCash site/services and to the information therein. TuHorn Enterprises, LLP and/or its respective suppliers may make improvements and/or changes in the AdsPayUCash site/services at any time. You specifically agree that TuHorn Enterprises, LLP shall not be responsible for unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, any material or data sent or received or not sent or received, or any transactions entered into through a AdsPayUCash site/service. You specifically agree that TuHorn Enterprises, LLP is not responsible or liable for any threatening, defamatory, obscene, offensive or illegal content or conduct of any other party or any infringement of another's rights, including intellectual property rights. You specifically agree that TuHorn Enterprises, LLP is not responsible for any content sent using and/or included in a AdsPayUCash site/service by any third party.

In no event shall TuHorn Enterprises, LLP and/or its suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the AdsPayUCash site/services, with the delay or inability to use the AdsPayUCash site/services or related services, the provision of or failure to provide services, or for any information, software, products, services and related graphics obtained through the AdsPayUCash site/services, or otherwise arising out of the use of the AdsPayUCash site/services, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if TuHorn Enterprises, LLP or any of its suppliers has been advised of the possibility of damages. If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the AdsPayUCash site/services, or with any of these terms of use, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the AdsPayUCash site/services.

Termination/Access Restriction
TuHorn Enterprises, LLP reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to any or all AdsPayUCash Site/Services and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.

TuHorn Enterprises, LLP may also terminate or suspend your access to AdsPayUCash Site/Service(s) for inactivity, which is defined as failing to log into a particular service for an extended period of time, as determined by TuHorn Enterprises, LLP. The amount of time that TuHorn Enterprises, LLP currently considers as an "extended" period of time is 6 months. Upon termination of the AdsPayUCash Site/Service, your right to use the AdsPayUCash Site/Service immediately ceases.

TuHorn Enterprises, LLP shall have no obligation to maintain any content or to forward any unread or unsent messages to you or any third party.

TuHorn Enterprises, LLP shall provide a minimum of three months notice in the advent of service cancellation. TuHorn Enterprises, LLP shall not be responsible for providing refunds for previous purchases for any of its services. The three month cancellation notice shall be sufficient to redeem the value from the past purchases.

Privacy and Protection of Personal Information
The AdsPayUCash Web Site collects personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, address or telephone number. Information collected at the AdsPayUCash Web site may be shared within the TuHorn Enterprises, LLP family of Web sites.

AdsPayUCash does not associate sensitive data, such as your race, religion, or political affiliations, with personally identifiable information. AdsPayUCash takes precautions to segregate any sensitive data you may provide on the site that reference your race, religion, sexual orientation, ethnicity or political affiliations.

TuHorn Enterprises, LLP encourages you to review the privacy statements of Web sites you choose to link to from AdsPayUCash so that you can understand how those Web sites collect, use and share your information. TuHorn Enterprises, LLP is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on Web sites outside of the AdsPayUCash Web site.

The AdsPayUCash Web site collect and use your personal information to operate and deliver the services you have requested. AdsPayUCash also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from TuHorn Enterprises, LLP and its affiliates. TuHorn Enterprises, LLP may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.

TuHorn Enterprises, LLP does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. TuHorn Enterprises, LLP may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In addition, TuHorn Enterprises, LLP may share data with trusted partners to help us perform statistical analysis.
